How We Work

Our Manufacturing Process

Eight controlled stages from raw material to worldwide shipping, designed for consistency and quality at every step. Every order — whether 500 or 50,000 units — follows the same rigorous process.

1

Material Selection

Grade-A jute, leather, and cotton sourced from verified suppliers with full traceability and ethical standards. Every incoming batch is inspected for grade, fiber strength, color consistency, and moisture content before being accepted into production.

2

Product Design

Technical specs, patterns, and sample drawings prepared in-house by our experienced product development team. We create detailed tech packs including dimensions, material specifications, stitching diagrams, and hardware requirements.

3

Sample Development

Pre-production samples for your approval before bulk manufacturing. We do not proceed to bulk production until you have reviewed and approved the sample in writing. Sample development typically takes 7 to 14 days.

4

Production

Organized production lines with skilled operators and supervisors, maintaining consistency across large volumes. Each line is dedicated to a product type, with daily production targets and real-time monitoring.

5

Quality Inspection

Inline and final inspection against your approved quality standard, with documented reports for every batch. We use AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling standards to ensure statistical confidence in our inspection results.

6

Packaging

Protective, retail-ready, or bulk packaging per your requirements, with custom branding options available. We offer poly bags, header cards, custom inserts, retail hangtags, and master carton packing configured for efficient container loading.

7

Export Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and all shipping documents prepared and verified by our in-house export documentation team. We also handle destination-specific certificates and compliance paperwork.

8

Worldwide Shipping

Container loading and freight coordination to your destination port, with tracking support throughout. We provide loading photos, container seal numbers, and shipping confirmations so you always know where your order is.

Stage-by-Stage Detail

What Happens at Each Step

A closer look at what we do, what you receive, and how long each stage takes.

1. Material Selection & Sourcing

Our process begins long before production starts. We maintain long-term relationships with jute farmers in Khulna and the surrounding region, leather tanneries that supply full-grain and PU leather, and cotton weaving mills that produce our canvas and cotton fabrics. Every supplier is vetted for material quality, delivery reliability, and ethical practices.

When materials arrive at our facility, our quality team inspects each batch. For jute, we check fiber grade, weight, weave density, and color uniformity. For leather, we inspect grain quality, thickness, and surface finish. For cotton and canvas, we verify thread count, fabric weight (GSM), and color fastness. Materials that do not meet our standards are rejected and returned — no exceptions.

2. Product Design & Technical Development

Once materials are approved, our product development team creates the technical specifications for your order. This includes detailed pattern making, cutting layouts optimized for material efficiency, stitching diagrams, hardware specifications (zippers, buttons, D-rings, snaps), and dimension tolerances.

If you provide your own tech pack or design files, we review them for manufacturability and suggest any adjustments that could improve quality or reduce cost. If you are working with us on an ODM basis, our designers create the concepts, sketches, and technical drawings from your brief.

3. Sample Development & Approval

This is the most critical stage of the process. We develop a pre-production sample that represents exactly what bulk production will look like — same materials, same dimensions, same stitching, same hardware, same branding. The sample is shipped to you for physical review.

You examine the sample and provide feedback. If adjustments are needed, we revise and send a new sample. Only after you provide written approval do we proceed to bulk production. This ensures there are no surprises when the full order arrives. Sample development typically takes 7 to 14 days depending on complexity.

4. Bulk Production

With the approved sample as the reference standard, production begins. Our facility is organized into dedicated production lines by product type — jute bags, leather goods, cotton totes, promotional bags — each with specialized operators and equipment.

Every line has a production supervisor who monitors output, checks stitching quality throughout the day, and ensures the line stays on schedule. We track daily production numbers against your order timeline, and you receive progress updates at agreed intervals. Production time ranges from 15 to 35 days depending on order volume and complexity.

5. Quality Inspection

Quality control happens at three points — not just at the end. Inline inspection occurs during production, where QC inspectors check stitching, dimensions, and assembly at random intervals. Mid-line inspection happens when approximately 50% of the order is complete, catching any systematic issues early. Final inspection is conducted on the finished goods before packaging.

We use AQL 2.5 sampling standards (or tighter, if you specify) to determine inspection sample sizes. Every inspected unit is checked against your approved sample for stitching integrity, dimension accuracy, color matching, logo placement, hardware functionality, and overall finish. A pre-shipment quality report with photographs is prepared and shared with you before goods leave the factory.

6. Packaging

Packaging is customized to your distribution needs. Options include individual poly bags with or without header cards, retail-ready packaging with custom hangtags and barcodes, bulk packing in master cartons for wholesale distribution, or custom retail boxes for premium products. We can also include custom inserts, care instruction cards, or promotional materials.

All packaging is configured for efficient container loading — we calculate carton dimensions and stacking configurations to maximize container space utilization and minimize shipping damage risk. Master cartons are sealed, labeled, and palletized according to your specifications.

7. Export Documentation

Our in-house export documentation team prepares all required paperwork. This includes the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (or airway bill), certificate of origin, and any destination-specific certificates required by your country's customs authority (e.g., phytosanitary certificates for jute products, GSP Form A for preferential tariff treatment, or fumigation certificates).

We verify every document for accuracy before submission. Incorrect documentation can cause delays at customs, so we treat this stage with the same rigor as production. All documents are shared with you in digital format for your records and for presentation to your customs broker.

8. Worldwide Shipping

Once packaged and documented, your order is loaded into a shipping container at our facility. Container loading is supervised and photographed — you receive photos showing the loading process, carton count, container seal number, and final sealing. This gives you full confidence that the correct quantity was loaded and that goods were packed securely.

We coordinate with trusted freight forwarders for sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and courier services. After the container departs, we provide the bill of lading or tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress to your destination port. Our team remains available throughout transit to assist with any questions or issues.

Quality Assurance

Multi-Stage Quality Control System

Quality is built into every stage of our process, not just inspected at the end.

Our quality control system is designed to catch issues at the earliest possible point — when they are easiest and least expensive to fix. This approach has resulted in a defect rate consistently below 2% across all product lines, well below the industry average.

Material-Level QC

Every batch of incoming material is inspected before being accepted into the warehouse. Jute is checked for fiber grade, weight, and weave consistency. Leather is inspected for grain quality, thickness uniformity, and surface defects. Cotton and canvas are tested for thread count, GSM, and color fastness. Materials that fail inspection are rejected.

Inline Production QC

During production, QC inspectors move through the production lines at random intervals, checking stitching quality, seam strength, dimension accuracy, and color matching against the approved sample. Any issues are flagged immediately to the line supervisor for correction.

Final Pre-Shipment QC

Before packaging, every unit undergoes a final inspection. We check stitching integrity, hardware functionality (zippers, snaps, D-rings), logo placement and print quality, interior construction, and overall finish. Units that do not pass are set aside for rework or replacement.

Pre-Shipment Report

Before goods leave the factory, we prepare a detailed quality report that includes inspection results, photographs of representative samples, and a summary of the order. This report is shared with you for review and approval before shipment. You always know exactly what is being shipped.

This multi-stage approach ensures that what you approve in the sample is exactly what you receive in production — batch after batch, order after order. It is the foundation of the trust our clients place in us.
