These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Eco Trade Limited website and the business relationship between Eco Trade Limited and its clients. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by Eco Trade Limited are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to confirmation at the time of order placement. Quotations are based on the specifications provided by the buyer; changes to specifications may affect pricing.
Minimum Order Quantity
Each product category has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as stated in the quotation. Orders below the MOQ may be subject to a surcharge or may not be accepted. MOQs may vary depending on material availability and customization requirements.
Samples
Pre-production samples are provided for client approval before bulk production begins. The client must approve the sample in writing before production proceeds. Bulk production will conform to the approved sample. Any deviations requested after sample approval may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Production Timeline
Estimated production timelines are provided with each quotation. These are estimates based on current production schedules and material availability. While we strive to meet all timelines, delays caused by factors outside our control — including material supply disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events — may occur. We will communicate any known delays as soon as they are identified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the proforma invoice. Standard terms require a deposit to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (T/T) and, for larger orders, letter of credit (L/C). The client is responsible for any bank charges associated with the payment.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, CFR) are specified in the quotation. The client is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination port unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timelines depend on the chosen freight method and destination.
Quality and Returns
All products are subject to quality inspection before shipment. Clients may request pre-shipment inspection photos or arrange third-party inspection. Claims for defective products must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the shipment, accompanied by photographic evidence. We will address valid claims through replacement or credit at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any logos, designs, or artwork provided for custom manufacturing do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Eco Trade Limited is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from client-supplied designs.
